Reconciliation

Sacrament of Reconciliation

The Sacrament of Reconciliation (also known as Confession or Penance) is a vital part of our

spiritual life as Catholics. Through it, we encounter the mercy of Christ and receive the grace to

begin again.

Confession Times

Confessions are offered weekly at both campuses of St. Brigid Parish:

Our Lady of Humility Church: Saturdays from 3:00–3:45 PM

(before the 4:00 PM Vigil Mass)

St. Patrick Church (Main Church): Saturdays from 5:00–5:45 PM

(before the 6:00 PM Vigil Mass)

Seasonal Confessions – Advent and Lent

Additional opportunities for confession are offered during the liturgical seasons of Advent and Lent, including:

  • Parish Reconciliation Services with multiple priests available
  • Extended confession times at both churches

These special services are announced in advance through the bulletin, Facebook, and parish website. We encourage you to take advantage of these powerful moments of grace in preparation for Christmas and Easter.

First Reconciliation (Children)

Children typically prepare for their First Reconciliation in 2nd grade through our Faith Formation or parish school program.
